Town of Canmore

  • Open Property Information Viewer.
  • Search by property address or tax roll#. Since you can search for tax roll# at Virtual Town Hall, I'd suggest you find the tax roll# first.
  • Click 🔍 , the result will be in the center of the map.
  • At the lower part of the window, there's a list of development documents, usually the first would be the name of the area where property's land lot belongs to.
  • Now you must see the 3rd document, Land Use Bylaw. Click to open it, and in its content index you can find the usage category of each area in Canmore. Check what your property's lot belong to.
